  stopping and watching---32 points.
2.Get stuck or shift gears at a railroad 
  crossing (railroad crossing range includes:
  both head and tail of the vehicle are in 
  railway sleepers)---32 points.
3.The front wheel is exceeded a required 
  stop space when you are stopped---32 points.
